Since we got all serious I'll tell you that the very best thing for us is to BUY American. I purposely buy items "Made in America" over comparable items made in other countries. You are 100% correct. BG came back to see where the thread was going to mention exactly what you have. If you're gonna complain about things made in other countries....don't buy them. BG only knows one person that would live by this rule. That person was Poppa Gunns. It was a pain in the butt trying to get a Christmas present for Poppa Gunns. He would only use things that were "made in America". All his clothes, his car, everything needed to be Made in USA.
The problem with Americans is that 99.9% of them are total hypocrites. They complain about all the things in your original post, yet they'll shop at Walmart and buy cheap goods made in other countries. Don't even get BG started on all the Union workers that do this.:taz:
It's kinda useless that BG even mentions this, since he knows from experience people will never admit they're a "hypocrite". If it opens one persons eyes though, BG has accomplished a mini mission.:gj:
