If I read this right since i had a permit before I should get a new one at no cost "6.4 Any existing permits issued by the Delaware Department of Agriculture will become void sixty (60) days after the effective date of these proposed regulations and must be renewed in accordance with regulations 6.3 and 9.0 at no additional cost to the owner or custodian." so if i read right I may be fine this round but I am still going to ask for a n appointment and see about a request for a mutli snake permit. I can't get a sale permit or a business lic due to being disable cause it would cause me to lose my disablity. I am unable to do most jobs since getting up and down ( bending over )
