Yeesh... ever have a day where you type something know it is wrong and reread 10x and cannot see it...

Cinnie X Het red. Is a gargoyle, not a Black X Het red. :)

    *DOH!!!*

Think about that for a second.

If a gargoyle expresses both het red and the cinnamon gene the only difference between the two pairings you mention would be the odds of making one.

Your confusing the morphs of the parents with the genetics of the offspring.

A super cinnie can only give one gene for cinnie, so you will get 50% cinnies and 50% gargoyles from that pairing.

You can make a gargoyle from a cinnie or a super cinnie. :)

    ........

Yes, I am aware of how the morph is made. THE PAIRING that Ralph did was Super Cinny to Het Red.

    Thanks for your input...

Thanks for posting pics of your guy, Heather. He is stunning! I've a black pastel female and HRA male I'm raising up... I'd seen Ralph's Cinny X HRA, but just the hatchling pics. They seem to get better with age! :gj:

    Re: Gargoyle
What are you looking for ? You can't find black pastel or cinny or het red ?

I don't know about the black pastel or the cinny, but they are a bit easier to find usually. If you can't email me, I saw a few to sale up here in Canada.

but for the het red, you should contact Corey Woods, he have a few het red still for sale, and some older ones too I think. It's easier and fast to ship from Canada to US usually.

If you are looking at buying the combo, might be a bit harder, don't think that many were produced.
