Wow that is really cool! If it wasnt for the head markings I would think its a pinstripe at first glance. They sometimes do come in full stripe, but i have never seen a fully striped spider before. Congrats!

    I have a question.

I absolutely love this little snake.

Some time ago at a reptile show, a lovely little BP caught my eye, she had about an 85% prefect back stripe. I commented to my hubby that if bred to the right male, she should be able to produce a baby with a full stripe.

At which point her owner pointed out to me, in a not very nice voice I might add, that the ONLY way to get a full stripe was by breeding a genetic stripe, and since this female was not a genetic stripe, she would never produce a full stripe.

Now, that didn't make a lot of sense to me, because people breed for pattern in their snakes all the time.

So, I know this baby is a spider. My question is:

Is this a genetic stripe spider, or just selectively bred ?
