It seems like you could take legal action for the benefit of the snakes and what ever else he might have. But I dont realy know the guy or whats realy going on so, so find out more and decide... :twocents:

If he was giving you a normal what "morph lines" is he so worried about?

He doesn't sound like someone I would want to support in the buisness - quite the opposite in fact. :mad:

I dont no to much about the hole morph line stuff:confused: So I dont know what all he has in mind. As far as what he is willing to give me is only 3 snakes he dose not no that I wanted to send them to ppl. I just told him I new some others that like a few normal bp also.

As crapy as the guy is I am not one to just give out a name. Stuff you come his way in time. Frome what I see in the co law he is looking at big fines and jail time.

Sometimes it's better to give out a name. In this hobby it's a good idea to let everyone know what they're dealing with before they get involved to avoid scamming or other problems.
Stuff may come his way in time over legalities, but that won't stop him from selling certain animals online to unknowing costumers.

I have actually run into people like this before. They are bastages and there is nothing you can do. They are in this 100% for the money and untill they end up in jail they wont stop. These people are criminals and scammers. They sell misrepresented and unhealthy animals. I put them in the same catagory as Flippers who buy and sell in mass quantities with zero reguard to the animals health. Most of them die before they are even sold.
The only reason to cull baby snakes is when they are severly deformed or they are waterheads.Hehe waterheads.
Find out this persons name and we can check the BOI to see if anyone else knows him. Maybe we can ruin his name in the industry or get him to change his ways.
People like this dont deserve pets.
