I think too much emphasis is put on morphs and desirable traits in the snake world. If you like a snake, get it! Don't worry about what other people think. What counts is that you like the snake. And, often times, this pays off. I had my eye on a normal BP on Fauna that hadn't caught anybody's interest. She wasn't flashy or didn't have any unique patterns, but there was something about her coloring that really attracted me, so I bought her, and she's turning out to be a hot little dinker! :D

There is much controversy over speckling on boas. Personally, I prefer a clean pattern, but I know MANY people love speckling.

In my eyes, #1 has better coloring, #2 has a better pattern. Even though I'm not fond of speckling, I must say they are both gorgeous, you couldn't go wrong with either!

If it's going to be a pet, get the one YOU like. Who cares what everyone says? Most people...including BG like the cleaner look of the second one, but like BG said. WHO CARES about us?

Wait. "Who cares" about everyone but Big Gunns?:D

BG just saw those other pics. The first one may look like a nicer adult since it appears to have more of a Salmon color to it. Just pic the one you like and be done with it.:P

Don't tell BG you're worried about your "look at my new snake" thread? You want everyone to ohhh and ahhhh.:D
