Yes it can take time for them to ajust to a larger tub. I moved Female Yellowbelly from a 31qt to a cb70 at around 900grams and she actually refused food and became somewhat aggresive, Moved her back and she is not aggressive anymore but still off feed. Just takes time for them to adjust.

Can you describe her behaviour?
Where does she spend most of her time in the tub? Does she termoregulate a lot or does she hug one end more than the other? What position does she lie in?

Like some others have already stated, give her a bath and wash whatever tub/tank she is in.

ever since i took her home two weeks ago shes been really calm, ive seen her exploring her tank a bit when i first got her. she theremoregulates but she sits in a tight coil all the time, she already layed all her eggs so im sure its not cuz shes ovulated

I would go with the suggestions given to wash her and the tub thoroughly and see if her behaviour changes at all.
