Woo hoo. Congrats!!! Now let the shipping begin...You'll be amazed how easy it is. If no one told you, your rep can send you out some free self-stick labels. Also, if you do everything online that saves you a little too. But none the less...Congrats!!!

I just went down to my local drop off point, and they gave me some of the clear sticky envelopes to put the labels in. They wanted to give me all sorts of other boxes, but none of them would be fit for shipping a snake.

I am looking into getting a good box, and styrofoam locally, so I dont have to pay for shipping the kits. I also want to get a little bit smaller box, to cut down on shipping costs. All I really have to do is make sure the specs on the box are the same. Does anyone know where I can get "Live Harmless Reptile" stickers to put on my plain boxes?

Yah, the boxes they have won't work for shipping reptiles...The sticky envelopes are fine but you still have to fill out the form and put it in the envelope...If you call your rep they have white self-adhesive labels that you run through your printer to print all the information on...Way simple and nice!!!

You can go to the local PO or UPS to get boxes but not sure about the styrofoam...Maybe someone else will chime in...I get my supplies from:

    http://superiorshippingsupplies.com/...hk=1&Itemid=53

They are reasonable and many of the people that ship get it from them or SYR too...

For the "Live Harmless Reptile" sticker, you can just print it out on white paper and red letters and just tape it on...I've done that and it works fine...

    Hope that helps...:D

I have not read through this entire thread so bare with me if this has been answered before. When you make the account, do you mark it as a business account?

Nice, This helps. Is there a age requirement? I'm 17 and want to know if I can become verified.

gah i need help. i put non business account by accident.
also i have been reading the thread and some people say to contact my rep and then you won't get a rep till you send your test package. I just want to send my snakes to the new state i am moving to and want to get certified. so how do i even start going about this? I have my box ready and everything. Who do i need to call now? What should i sign to even get started if i do not get a rep till later.

    T_T sorry

Odd question...Any breeder or individuals who ship looking to get a better FedEx discount on their Priority Overnight Shipping rates? Shoot me an e-mail or PM, might have something you'd be interested in...
