Surprisingly I haven't come across that, though I definitely haven't been looking for it either.

Just make sure the snake in the bottle is, in fact, dead. I'm too lazy to look for it, but there was an article posted here recently about a woman who figured that one out the hard way.

    I'll pass, thanks!

(I'm also a vegetarian so it wouldn't work out too well) :P

For ever? What's in China? Let's see a picture out your window. What's it like there?

Probably not forever. At least for a year and we'll see from there. I have to see how a few things pan out to see if I'll stay longer.

I teach there. I live in a rural village with no other foreigners in really rural Hunan. It's difficult at times and no one speaks English (not even in the capital city) but I wouldn't trade such a unique experience for the world. I'm seeing the real China. The impoverished rural China. The China that the government doesn't want foreigners to see. Love it.

Outside my Windows there's just my balcony (it's barred), some palm trees and ugly run down buildings.

I'm on my tablet right now, so I'll post some pics later.

How's the pollution where you are? I took environmental science last year and found out a good portion of China wears masks and has poor visibility because of all the coal burning. It was listed as worse than America's pollution problems from the industrial revolution up through the first half of the 20th. Though China is starting to if not being forced to clean it up.

Don't be ridiculous. Didn't you know smog is good for you?
