Why does it matter? If one person says it was ok, that will make you feel better?

Asking for a loan, getting refused, and THEN making a post on these forums saying that you don't think there is such a thing as the yellow blush/you got ripped up makes it look very suspicious.

ESPECIALLY when you had the same people, telling you the same thing about this deal months and months and months ago. Just very convenient.

I say we just close this thread up. MKR gave him his money back, and a free snake. In this case MKR made a mistake by selling to a minor (or did they talk to the mother first?) and made good on their mistake, and then some...

I believe the Mom did know the transaction was taking place...

Anywho...I think the right thing to do, if you are unhappy with the transaction, would be to ship the snake back and get your refund. Keeping the snake and getting a refund makes you look like a charity case. It also gives MKR the opportunity to show everyone that they do whatever they can to make their customers happy. You, Andre, are just another satisfied MKR customer. If you're truly unhappy with the whole deal, send the snake back, get your refund, and be done with it...

Wes and Joe declining to give me a loan has no reason whatsoever as why I posted on here. I had forgot about it until wes brought it up.

What was the purpose of the 'loan'? Did you just want them to send you $2000? did you want them to send you $2000 in ball pythons and you pay them back when you get the money? were you putting $2000 worth of ball pythons on payment plan?

I have no idea what went on with you and Wes's converstation.

BUT why does that even matter?

You are not 18 years old.....you can not legally enter a contract like a loan. Your parents must do so for you until you are 18. It is that simple.

Maybe you were just uneducated about it...but if I remember correctly, you had tried to purchase something before without going through your parents, correct?.....hopefully, the point is finally made clear this time...

I think it is sad that Wes has to bring something like that up to try to defend himself against a minor...and it is sad that some people are trying to make you look like a bad guy in this to try to save some face for MKRs...I really don't care for the 'blame the kid' way of thinking.

...Like I said before, THIS ENTIRE THREAD AND ALL THE ISSUES IN IT were all the result of MKR's dealing with a MINOR directly to sell a snake.

I know this question was posed to one person but my answer would be yes, you were wrong. First off, loans are just another form of contract which you cannot enter on your own. Try going to the bank and signing up for a loan and see what they say.

Everytime i read one of these post about MKR and read Wes's answers I think...Marketing 101...thats all i'm saying.

Edit: Didn't see that Daniel mentioned loans being a contract, so my point would be that MKR does a "good deed" and people start talking about satisfied customers...I say where was Wes to answer all the important well worded questions in prior threads....NO WHERE.

Andre,please do not take this like i am slamming you,as i am not.Do you remember several months back when you and i were talking on IM? You mentioned that you were thinking about buying a pair of "yellow blush het for albino" ball pythons.My first reply was Andre are you talking about ball pythons het for high contrast albino? You said no,then you proceeded giving me a link to MKR site so i was able to see what you were interested in.Once i looked over the description of them i told you that something does not sound right.I then told you i would make a few calls to see if anyone knows about this "yellow blush" ball python.A couple nights later i saw you were online and IM you.You then proceded to tell me you had placed a deposit on a pair of the yellow blush het albinos.I proceded to tell you congrats and then i told you that i was told there was no such thing as a "yellow blush" ball python.You then told me Joe & Wes were both good guy and you trusted them.I am sorry that i had to post this on the open forum,when i read that you said no one told you months ago about this deal being fishy you left me no choice.You say you want to know if by asking them for a loan was a bad thing,YES it was.Now from here on out people will always wonder what your true reason for slamming MKR was.I realize you are a kid so things should blow over eventually.I wish you would have let us know about the loan even if it was thru a pm though.I still think of you as a freind and will help you with any questions you might ever have of course.Just so everyone understands my reason for posting all of this here is not to hurt Andre by no means.Now can we all get back to our normal forum and someone place a lock on this thread PLEASE.
