Re: Sterling ball or Pewter Ball
This has been very interesting thread to read, and I just have to ask because I feel kinda stupid for not understanding.. I don't want to question the breeder who's name is in this, just want to know HOW can they prove it really is Sterling? Unless the parents are Super Pastels? Because if it looks like Pewter how can it be guaranteed Sterling? I would understand if it was sold as possible Sterling, but it wasn't... I'd like to know the ways how to prove such thing. To me someone's word isn't enough, because in than case the snake should look like it and now it doesn't. Sorry! :(

In my opinion, you did not intentionally scam anyone, just made a bad business move that blew up to epic proportions. My general advice to you would be this:
Take a breather, and lay low for a little while on the selling market. Let this settle and fade into the background. For future dealings, I would generally suggest you try and avoid "flipping" animals. (Getting an animal and quickly selling it/trading it off) as that is usually frowned upon. If you feel you're in a position that you need to sell a new acquisition quickly, just be up front about it. Let the customer know it has only been with you so long, who you got it from, etc. Again, this is just my opinion, I'm just trying to help you step up from this mess and come out better for it.
But that's just it, I've had that male for almost 4 months

This is crazy...imagine if the snake could comprehend what is going on?? I just hope this poor snake finally finds an owner that loves it, instead of being all upset about it colors and genetics. I know it's a lot of money, but it is a living creature and at this point I hope it can just settle in to a permanent home and be happy...

Not sure if trolling....or just incredibly stupid....but just in case...
You, have seriously got to be either the most thick headed person in the world....or between the ages of 12-15. (And i apologize to our younger members for that, but I don't know how else to put it.)
Go. Away.

You wont get $1000 for him. Pewter males are only going for like $300-$400 these days.
