Birmingham in April!

BUMMER! Just found out that I am going to have to be out of town the weekend of the April show. :( I was looking forward to meeting some of you guys!

My daughter was so pumped about it and upset that we weren't gonna be able to go that I had to promise her that we would go in May.

Maybe next time...

It's going to be an AWESOME time, and I can't wait to see everyone. It's going to be a very tight weekend for us budget wise, but we're going to make it work!

Same here, we are thinking about just going to the store and get some sandwich stuff and keep it there in the room, then just go out with everyone and have a drink maybe. Going to be fun, no matter what!

We were thinking maybe pizza in one evening. What was it, $5 each on Dominos in Daytona? That bought us a lot of pizza!

So - for those of us going and staying at LaQuinta (and those in the surrounding areas who'd like to join us) - what do you guys think of just ordering some pizza and having some beer and soda Friday night and just hang out at the hotel?

Then Saturday we can do something like Carraba's across the street from the hotel?

I know that several of us (myself included) will be financially "challenged" that weekend, but don't want to miss it for anything. And since we're all rolling in at different hours on Friday, pizza might be easier?

What say 'ye?

I know two are vending at the show and wouldn't be able to leave, and some of us are hoping to spend the show passing out nohr669 flyers.

I can almost defiantly do dinner after the show. PM is being sent. If I come I will be plus 1 if anyone decides to hold out some reservations.

Currently my trip is in danger, because my daughter decided to bring home the flu and smack me upside the head with it. I've been running a stupid fever off and on, but I'm trying to will myself better. Hopefully I'll be well enough to come and the husband is well enough to watch the kids (since he came home this morning sick too - that should teach HIM to make fun of me :rolleyes: ).
