    Mitch the cost of the building was with buying the house so we paid nothing for that and as for the work done to it we expext to make back that money and more, and thats if we got the worst possible results from the clutches. It was a big leap to expand but we had won a lawsuit, that the reason for was my mom had a doctor that screwed up on a simple surgery in which she has many problems now, but thats another story. So to answer your question in short, yes we plan on making almost triple of what we've put into it.

    Awesome!!! The temp alarm is a good item. I was just emailed by the breeder of my new snow boa that my snow is the only one left alive from the litter. He lost 40+ animals yesterday from a heater malfuntion. His baby room was 130 degrees when he got home from work.
    Hoping to have a setup like yours one day. Awesome!!!
