Anti-celebrity blogs... not so much fun for Victoria Beckham when she takes a tumble off her latest pair of fool-heels, but catching the vid on Dlisted, makes me laugh. Whenever a celebrity gets humiliated an angel gets its wings.

Holding snakes... no matter how crappy the day is, holding a snake and having a tongue flick just makes me feel better.

Hugging a rat... I cannot keep furred animals due to allergies, but having a rat relax and submit when in hand is just a great feeling. *choo* *choo* in the ear... too cute.

Phone calls from my niece... she is 16 now and most of them now start with OHMIGOD!!! Don't tell my mom, but guess what happened/what I did!?!?!? I figure every kid needs one adult they tell their secrets too, and I am proud to say I am her adult confidante.

And in no particular order... French coffee, Belgian beer, American cigarettes, Sushi, classic English literature, homemade ice cream, an extra half hour in bed in the AM, and my favorite thing is residual laughter from a pleasant event that occurs up to a few days later (usually when I am on my own on the metro heading to work and my brain is wandering)...

hanging around a camp fire, just talking, laughing & joking (good times!)
star gazing
playing in the rain (my fiance & I still play in puddles after a T-storm lol)
thunder & lightning storms (hate how the dogs smell when they hafta' go potty in the rain & muddy paws lol)
snow storms
and of course funny myspace/youtube videos lol

I almost forgot COFFEE!!!!!! HAZELNUT COFFEE & ICED HAZELNUT COFFEE mmmmmm

Cuddling with my dogs

A nice, relaxing horror movie

My wife kids and pets.

It is a real site to see my son and daughter 3 labs and a border collie all on the bed to watch a movie:D

Things like leaves turning colors, football, the first snow with the kids. I used to take lots of things for granted and then I spent time in Saudi and Iraq, when I came back I saw things in a much different light.

Hm....I've posted mine already, but it's such a beautiful day, I just want to post again. (you can't have too many happy feelings in your life)

The weather being cool enough to wear a long sleeve shirt under a T-shirt (my all time favorite outfit)

Going home for the holidays...I *love* it when my family gets together. We are so loud and so much fun!

My kittens getting along and starting to like eachother.

Coming home the next couple of times after I have cleaned really well.

And so much more....I so love this time of year ^_^

The number one thing that makes me grin ear to ear are my horses. It's mildly sad, but there the ONLY friends I have that aren't on the other side of the country or adult.


I used to have oodles of friends.
Then I moved.
Now I have like...none...

But, I have my snakes, lizards, horses, and numerous projects to keep me occupied. And my dog, she's hilarious without even trying x)
