My spiders do not wobble at all. So why don't you just get a spider that does not wobble, and work with them?

Ah; this wonderful thread :) For me, Spider wobble-head is not a big issue. My Spiders that I produced this year do wobble slightly when they're in feeding mode; that is all that I have noticed. This does not inhibit their feeding response at all. I might be tempted to say that maybe their wobbling even makes them a little more "well sprung" when striking at a rat; this is just an observation though. Their dad hardly ever wobbles.. he is a great breeder, a consistent feeder, and an awesome snake. I would personally not buy a Spider that had a very major wobble/corkscrew thing going on. But if I did produce one, I would keep it. As long as they are feeding, breeding, and living well, I see no problem with Spiders.

Ive got my first spider just a few weeks ago, honestly I got scared for I actually thought it was a sign of IBD. But after the quarantine, some vet visits, and researches, Im now calm and easy w/ the issue. Mine still wobble, but not that much like the first time I bought it. And even if he wobble still, im still contented and happy for what Ive paid for. :)

Bottom line here people is that if you don't like the idea of possibly getting a little wobble or the possibility of producing a spider with a little wobble then there's nothing wrong with just not working with them. See that's the great thing about all the different morphs out if there's something you don't like about one whether its the look or a flaw there always something else to work with or have. There's nothing wrong with doing either me I love spiders wobble or no I love I produce them I want a whole freaking rack of spider and spider combos.

I've never noticed any wobble in my bee. I remember reading in Kevin's book about how he felt the spider line had a curious and outgoing personality and thinking hmmmm... But I have to say that my bee does in fact seem to have a nicer "personality" than my other BP's. He has quickly become my favorite!!!
