I am not impressed with the crystals or the super crystal. But It could be that I have not seen one in person. I was the same way about ghosts. Then I saw one and i love them.
You have got to respect how Tom has held onto this project and worked through it. It shows how pasionate he is.
I feel there are hidden genes in the mojos and lessers that shows up in normal offspring. If you know what to look for you may have a chance to produce something special.

Good Job Tom. I can not wait to see where you take this project next.

Thanks again everyone! I will be posting a sort of history of the Crystal Ball very soon... I just want to make sure everyone is clear on how this came about, etc...
    jknudson,
You are right... I dont think it was on RDR, but maybe... I posted pics of her a couple times since I thought she was kinda cool, "Special" if you will, but nobody ever even flinched at her looks... Dont get me wrong, I had no idea of her potential, just thought she looked cool!
Also check the other post for the newest release from the Crystal Balls!;)

My goodness - I have never seen that picture before and what an awesome animal!!

Any idea anyone what the parents were? Is it really a super crystal? In other words were both parents crystal balls?

Again sorry for dragging up an old thread - but I simply need to know:)

    Of course...

Parents were Pastel Crystal to original Special Female.

It is apparently a Pastel Super Crystal.

    The Super Crystal looks different.

    Same clutch, different combo.

Would this snake be influenced by the Pastel genes? And does anyone know what the special female is? Has the female even been named as a morph?

Thank you for being so helpful, by the way.

sorry - just re-read your post!

If this is a pastel super crystal, what would a super crystal look like?

The Special female is called Specials. That is the name of the morph.

I know what the Special female is. It's a Special ;)

Since I named it the Super Crystal breeding has proven that a Crystal cannot be reproduced from Crystal to normal breedings... Which would mean that these two are more than likely a Super Special and a Pastel Super Special...
    pastel01,
When you breed a Mojave to a "Special" you end up with a Crystal. When you breed "Special" to "Special" you end up with "Super Specials"... Throw Pastels in there and we get Pastel Crystals, etc... The fun is really just starting with the Crystal combos!
