    Only been as far south as Fresno (LA airport too). Maybe a little farther. But still, in a situation where your inside city limits, they can remove rattlers. If it's in a state park, then I know they can't actually do anything about it.

    Nope, just put up warning signs.

    They wont remove certain animales within city limits either. Dont know about snakes but for sure coyotes. There are city / wild coyotes that are allowed to roam neighborhoods in the hills. they are partially "domesticated" and are acclimated to the environment. Soooo wildlife officials cant take them back out inot the mountains.
