How Many BP Do You Have

I have 3! Spider normal and albino.

We have 20 BPs + 4 more currently in the incubator....

I currently have 8, but plans for purchasing a 9th are in the works right now. I am also have a gravid female carrying a pastel clutch, and might have a cinny clutch still from a breeding loan. Hopefully i will also have some nice hold backs from those clutchesl.

26 plus 10 in the incubator, 5 waiting to be laid, and possibly about 4 more waiting to be laid.

This week we have around 475 balls, give or take and another 150 or so asst. boas, and colubrids.

I have about 700 which includes adults, subadults and yearlings. I produce in around 500-600 per year as well.

I don't think its possible to have too many. :D I'm really itching for a het pied female but they are so darn expensive.

Im at nine now!

I currently have one 66% het albino female.

I'm looking forward to picking up at least one more this year, possibly two or three more.

Update puts us at 24. The Albino and probably the het Axanthic females should make breeding weight this year. We are hoping the blond pastel, bee, and Het albino make weight, but they just are not growing as fast as the others. We already have 3 breeding weight normal girls over 2000 grams with one being proven from another breeder and another one locked up a couple times with our genetic reduced / dark morph male back in May and June with no results to speak of at this time. :( If she doesn't go we will pair her up with him again in the upcoming season.

UPDATE: That's 6 now. :) Added a breeding size normal female (rescued) and a pretty baby spider female! And within a week or two it'll be 7 with a female pastel. :D:D

Still only 5 corn snakes, tho.

27 BP + 8 Hatchlings + 14 eggs in the incubator

I see all of the updates, so I thought I would chime in. We are somewhere between 300 and 325 now, and still have just over 100 eggs in the bator, and 3 females left to lay eggs. Man it's getting busy.

p.s. Jay_Bunny, I am begining to think it is possible to have too many. LOL.

I have one ball python, a nice male. If I could, I would love to have a high white pied. Not to breed, just as a cool looking animal. But if I did have one of those, and seeing how much they go for, I might breed it. It sounds like fun to breed them and see them pip after waiting on the eggs.

Alas, my husband would kill me if I brought another snake home. He used to be afraid of all snakes but now he is just afraid of all snakes except for mine.

Shhh. Don't tell anyone but I used to have a little snake phobia as well. My wife got me over the general phobia with our first ball python. Now the only one I am afraid of is one of our big girls that snaps at me regardless all the time. My wife can walk right up and pick her up. My daughter can run up and pet her and take her from mom to hold for a while. I get within 3 feet and she hisses then snaps at me! :weirdface

Seriously, sometimes animals just prefer one gender over the other.

Have 3 BPs, 3 Kenyan Boas (2 anery), Argentine Boa, Dumeril's Boa, and a Red Tail Boa. I can't wait for the BPs and Kenyan's to get sexually mature so I can get them to breed.

I have 1 but I want a mojave for my second... I dont know if I need a boy or girl as my Python I have now i dont know for sure if he is infact a he... My vet is retarded... every time i guet Kyros sexed she tells me that she needs to go check her sources after she has already stuck the probe in. she comes back and tells me she THINKS its a boy ( the first time i did it she said it was a girl) and asks if she wants me to do it again.. I always say no. I don't think its fair for Kyros to be probed more than once a check up. I would do it myself but I don't want to hurt him. He has a longer tail which leads me to belive he is a boy but I dunno...

I only have 2 :(. I don't even have them with me right now. My dad is taking care of them untill I move out of the dorms and into my own place next semester...

However, when I do get them back, the breeding begins :).

I have 14. I did produce 12 new ones this year though. I would like a few more but it will have to wait until next year.

I'm up to 25 now.. I hope to get a few breedable girls, and a double codom (lesserpastel,or lemonblast) sometime soon. I also need to add some recessive genes to my collection. I think I'm going to go with Pied, ghost and la. But that will be a while... I don't understand it but it's like I'm a ball python junkie now... lol My wifeee says I need help, I don't think so...

1 yellowbelly for now. just got into snakes but down the road I might try to breed him for ivories. the 1-20 might be too big of a starting range.

I have a few differnt morph males, a few pair's of morphs , a few pairs of hets and alot of normal females. Their are many more morphs in the plans to come later.

I just started last month and got a second one yesterday :)

About 50.........I stopped counting :) Does anyone know a good Psychiatric therapist that takes Ball Pythons as payment .... :) :) :)

1 normal as of now... I want to get an albino... and then I want a boa... then i think im done...

i have 2 ball pythons and a red blood python. But soon im getting a spider and a pastel =] im a noob at this but i love these animals, and want to learn evrything about breeding to succesfully make some babbys :D:banana::snake:

I have about 48.144 adult breeders and about 100+ grow-up's of various morphs for future breeders. About 40 of those should be ready for the 2009/2010 breeding season.
