Re: I cut my eggs
Due to this thread at Reptilicious.com, http://www.reptilicious.com//showthr...58.html?t=3058 I was not sure whether I should post more images of this project or other projects. I have decided to just put a big ugly watermark on future images in the event of any more unauthorized distribution. Give me a bit to create the watermark file, and I'll get some hatchling pics up asap. By the way, the last baby is still hanging out in the egg. ;)

Re: I cut my eggs
Great pics,
As for the pics on reptilicious, they have been removed as no permission was given from you for snowballs to use them.

Hey Mwedgley... Blair is a "normal" Labyrinth type...
That's what's all the excitement is about, to see if after being bred to her son, if the babies will look like her :)
Edit: If you see someone refer to a "dinking" project, this is a good example of one. Rapture has several cool "dinkers"...

Thanks for filling me in. As you probably know by now I'm new. I've studied the main morphs and things but I've never heard of this one. But I'm still hearing of new ones everyday. It's very exciting that there are so many new one coming around.

Dinking?

Re: I cut my eggs
"Dinking" is a term for breeding an unproven morph in hopes that their offpsring will carry on a certain trait. The mom in this project had already been bred to random males and none of her offspring inherited her pattern. This time she was bred to her own son to see if her appearance is due to a recessive trait (like an albino, for example). This year again none of her babies carried on her look so further breeding would be necessary to continue to try to prove her appearance to be genetically inheritable.

Re: I cut my eggs
Well the mother is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to see if she proves out to be genetic. :)

So did she name the Labrynth or is that the name it has but nobody has proven it out?

Seriously me too. If it proves out put me on the list to by one.

Re: I cut my eggs
Labyrinth is just a term that gets thrown around for animals that have a certain look... most balls that people say are Labyrinths have not been proven to be genetic. I actually wouldn't call my female a Labyrinth, but that's probably the term that would describe her the closest out of all the names already out there.
