Dirty Jersey isn't going to be the final destination...Just a stopping off point until my business takes off to the point that I don't need to live here. Then we're out to somewhere a little more mild. :)

Life's too short to spend it waiting around for the right time to be with the one you love.

I grew up and went to school in NC. You thinking of any part of NC in particular? Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point (known as the Piedmont/Triad) is nice, as is Charlotte and also RTP (Research Triangle Park - Chapel Hill/Durham/Raleigh area).

Poutine is a dish consisting of French fries topped with fresh cheese curds and covered with hot gravy (usually brown gravy) and sometimes other additional ingredients.

LMAO every American hears the word "poutine" and gets this odd look on their face like I've just said a naughty word or something!

It's a wonderful, totally bad for you dish Jamie. Fresh cut fries, hot as hades from the deep fryer, smothered in cheese curds so fresh they squeek, then drowned in poutine sauce (sort of like gravy but not like gravy). Here's a link for you, try not to drool dear....

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poutine

Btw, any "variations" like those listed at this site, on poutine will get you hung in Canada. :P We will all stand around, crack a cold one, discuss the weather and "why you had it comin to ya eh".

Oh Jamie, I'm so proud! You've got it right! Just remember now anytime anything goes wrong in Amy's life just say those words dear. Also you should go stand in front of the mirror now to practise the "concerned and caring while actually thinking about hockey" look. A guy must get that down pat if you want a successful relationship.

Oh and you might add in "and it's all my fault". That really helps out. Doesn't really matter if it's your fault, because OF COURSE IT'S YOUR FAULT! You might have been dead asleep or in fact in another state, but it's automatically your darned fault. :)

No, really, no thanks needed for the help, I'm a dear friend aren't I. :D

don't forget the vinegar! if you are going to eat poutine... and you will, there's no way to stop it from happening... something in your body just says "man, i haven't clogged my arteries enough today, i HAVE to eat the entire plate full of poutine!!!" then you have to add some vinegar and ketchup!

You folks in B.C. got some freaky birth control ideas. Course they tried that new contraceptive jelly down east there in Newfoundland a few years back. The ladies said it didn't really work all that well and besides, it tasted right funny on their morning toast!
