The Egg Webcam

thats what i hope for, we are on day 57 correct? dont care who sees them pip first i want them to blow up the boards saying it so everyone can watch...that webcam has had 1196 hits last time i looked!!!

Looks like there's some new shadows in there, check out the middle of the stack, and just beside the probe... The condensation makes it so hard to see !

by watching this cam every day from 10-10 i have realized when i have eggs im going to have to find something to help me get away....guitar hero anyone LOL

I've been watching for like the past 3 hours and either its me or the Dent in that egg has been getting bigger and bigger or its just my eye telling me to stop STAIRING!!!! :eek:

dont think its got larger but dont stop staring because they will pip sometime soon and we need to have someone post it, LOL, i have to keep leaving my computer to help customers and if i miss it i will be sad

I keep flipping back to it too. I have never seen this happen before (outside of watching it on Animal Planet....I am addicted!!) and with the web cam it is like being right there. I can't wait to see them!!

I have been checking it daily as well. Not sure what I will do once they hatch.


...need someone to clean the condensation away though :P

just a thought to some of the larger breeder out there....think this would be a good idea to put on one of the more highend clutchs say one that will produce a bumblebee or pewter....would be a cool link to have on your main webpage as you can see this one has had 1600+ hits...would also be a nice thing to tell the customers they can see their purchase hatch.. ( if they are looking for an certain morph that you are going to hatch out)..just thought i would throw it out there

What is that in the very middle? There looks like there is something there that wasn't there before. Could it be one of the babies?

I'm telling you guys i have been watching this almost all day and that dimpple is getting BIGGER and BIGGER!!! :eek:

I agree. It would be neat for another breeder to do this also!! It has been very interesting!! Would be neat to see your (possible) own future baby ball born!!

It would be cool if more breeders did this! *tries to think of a way to rig a remote-controlled mini windshield wiper*

wonder if the cam was placed right on the glass , if the heat from it would help stop the condensation .

I am back from vacation. So I will be able to wipe the condensation off a couple times a day!!!

The dimple in the front egg IS getting bigger!!!

I have decided to leave the lights on all the time!!! It is getting close to the 60 day mark and I want everyone to see it happen.

there's a dent in the egg farthest back on the top now!!! The dent in the egg to the left is getting bigger too..... *continues staring* :rolleye2:

OMG I think it's starting. On the left side of the right egg it's poking out a bit, like the baby is trying to poke through.

I'm pretty sure thats just an edge jutting out from where the egg folds to create the dimple. Although it's still pretty nifty!

you might be right now im going to stay up all night and watch LOL, these things are so close they have to start sometime soon

I'm also gonna be watching this all night, I usually stay up til around 5, and I have to get up at 6 tomorrow anyways to go to a hot air balloon festival so why not just stay up :P

by the way, what day are they on right now? pretty close to 60 right?

we are at day 59...been watching this thing for 7 days now

Some one should record this, and after they hatch put it on youtube at like 5x speed so whoever missed it can see it in a matter of seconds

does anyone know how to do that????????? if you do start now as of 12am we are at day 60

ya I know theres screen recorders and stuff...itd be easier for the guy doing it to just record it cause then its a direct record not a crappy one from one of us off the cam page

I thought about trying to record it but the software that I downloaded from the earthcam site is using the camera and will not let other programs use the camera. If anyone knows a way around it let me know!!!

Isn't there a law somewhere about adopted parents having rights? Seems like with all the time we've spent watching this "birth" some of us should get visiting rights after they hatch! :D

I could be wrong, but i thought i saw the egg at the right, next to the black dot, moving!! My colleague saw it too. (Yes, we're watching the eggcam all day :O )

could you imagine having sound in there.. it would be so eriely (is that a word lol) quiet.. i agree with "Adopting" them out to us!!!
