Heres some size reference for you Tim. this girl exceeds the 5000 gram limit of my scale. thats a 150 gram baby pastel with her. shes a little dirty because Im keeping her on mulch as she will be laying her eggs soon and is also in shed. :) http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n...g?t=1165420976

Ok, just wondered. My original male ball python lightened up as he got older and has maintained the lighter color as he reached adulthood. If I find a female like that someday, I'd like to breed them and see if anything happens.

what are some of the other behavioral signs that a female is or could be pregnant.

By pregnant you mean Gravid.



None really, may stop eating or could become alittle grumpy.

all you need to do is palpate for eggs. :)
