Hi everyone! I think Shanes responses to my issue was very respectable! He has been very responsive and quick to respond to my emails! He even offered to refund my money. Here is the agreement from today:

Your response makes me feel much better. Thank you! I have no problem keeping her and seeing how it goes in 4-6 weeks. If she starts eating regularly and puts on weight, I have no problems. If she is off feeding, loses weight, or doesn't gain, we can discuss the options then. Sound good?

Sounds good, go ahead and keep her and if you have any problems with her at all in the next six weeks or so just let me know

Anyway... I am sorry if I misrepresented Shane in any of this thread. That was not my intent. I was simply talking with my new friends on BP.NET and requesting advise and thoughts on recent events in my snake purchasing. If I jumped the gun and aired out issues before Shane had a chance to respond, then I will accept blame on that one. I was simply concerned about my investment and wanted to hear what my peers had to say about the issue and the breeder. I hope that is what everyone gathered from it! I didnt mean for the "mob" mentality to take over and convict anyone. I was just looking for validation and advice!

I also wanted to let you know that Shane Kinney handled the transaction very well. He offered to take the snake back in 6 weeks for a full refund if the snake has any issues. That sounds fair to me.

Also, Shane did provide a hand written receipt stating that exactly what my purchase was. 100% het pied. there is no doubt. There was an error on the receipt in regards to DOB, but Shane promptly addressed it in an email.

On a side note....I promise to have pictures soon. Patience is a virtue!
