Hahaha, Bogertophis, your timing is impeccable! I'm just about to do a big update picture dump today for all three of the boas. Stay tuned for Q's in particular, I've got a LOT of fab photos to choose from for him!

I wanted to try capturing Q both at his "worst" and at his best, so during his most recent shed cycle, I briefly pestered him for a few photos when he was deepest in blue. (He was very patient with me, and I promise I left him alone for the rest of the time. ;)) Some of my other snakes look like death warmed over when they're in shed, but Q honestly still looks pretty cool!

I agree, not even being in a shed cycle can mess this guy up! It's just not fair to others...:P Haha!

However, nothing beats Q's splendor when he's freshly post-shed. We caught some nice patches of sunlight the day after he shed, and the resulting pictures speak for themselves. He's really starting to grow into his full name of Requiem, isn't he?

Thank you, everyone! Q has become quite a stunner already, compared to the cute little shoelace he was when I first got him, and I'm excited to see him continue to grow.

Again, every time I see one of your Boas, I say to myself, "That's my favorite."

However, having looked at pics of all three in the past few minutes, I don't know. They are all growing nicely and looking incredible.

Genesis is a stunner and has some nice patterning, Elysium is gorgeous and pure looking with those crazy red eyes, and now, Q, you iridescent beauty you.

WOW.

You have boas for every taste. Reminds of that commercial for Mounds and Almond Joy in the 80's and I think beyond. "Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't."

Whatever your preference at the moment, you've got it covered. Light, dark, glowing red.....all amazing.

That's an incredible color. Really nice. I'm guessing a snakes color, any type of snake would be a reflection of its health and care. Which Im sure go together.

Thank you! Since I'm still using my phone camera, the glare on the screen from the bright sunlight makes it hard to see what I'm getting when I'm actually taking the photos, so I just have to point and click, and hope that it captures some of the same "wow" factor I'm seeing in person.

Thank you so much! I'd guess a lot of things factor into a snake's colors and scale/skin condition, including health and husbandry, so I hope I'm doing a good job and keeping my snakes happy, haha.
