Oh by the way i bought it from matt and he was the most customer friendly guy i have known in the reptile market ever!!! he only told me the truth!

I personally like the herpstats better.. I am huge on customer service and thats one thing that Spyder Robotics has.. Jeff and Mary from Helix have proven themselves to be to be rude and dont really give a ratts pututty about the customer...I had a return on a helix unit and thier answer was "tell your customer not to break the unit".. Madness!!

Im probaby getting the Three hole 41 qt sterelite rack or the 32 qt shoe box rack i am getting 2 and i am planning on having each of them with an extra tub
