Had Medusa our tonight, did not even need the hook , just stroked with my hand and out she came, she really has come a long way, she was so aggressive , took a lot of hard work and patience but has really paid off, this was the pic the day I picked her up, she hissed and struck the whole two hour drive, sounded like a gas leak lolhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...173737f2da.jpg her colour change has been unbelievable and she is loosing her saddles now and even her belly is blackening up

I don’t normally bring her downstairs much when the wife’s in as she don’t really like snakes and just in case she plays up which she has in the past before she calmed right down .anyway at the start of summer she asked if I’d snuck a new big black snake in lol, don’t think she believed me till I showed her the pics and couldn’t understand why she had had totally changed So much, pretty impressive really

Incredible! I can go either way on darker colored snakes but really like this one. Absolutely gorgeous so much going on in that dark color. Your camera picked it pretty well. I could only imagine what a live rat might think the last few seconds of life. Scared for life and awe struck by beauty. Love the name it fits.

Thanks Ricky, she was total nightmare for the first year with a lot of hard work she has calmed down,I can just pick her out not probs ,get the odd huff now and then but still get her out and she's fine,when I picked her up she hissed and snarled for the whole two hour drive, she's come along way

Was worth the hard work, alot of people say she looks scary with being so black

Thanks gio,she’s a lot of fun now ,but was awful for about six months the amount hissing and snarling she did was untrue,glad I didn’t give up on her now, lots of baby steps with stroking her etc

Well Medusa shed last night, she's looking quite dark now and really putting some growth on, her skin was really big when I layed it on the sofa, it's so dark too

Medusa about jumped out the Viv the other soon as she smelt the rat, I slid the glass and she got it straight away,she really does make me jump sometimes .she's just so fast
