    That's for sure pl! This one actually rolled the egg off the diffuser then as she was trying to exit the egg, pulled her umbilical cord out a little bit. I believe the egg was caught on the diffuser thus causing the injury. She is now made a full recovery and seems all healed up.

    Thank you Jo! For sure, I was very saddened when I saw that 103.F reading on the thermometer. I was glad that it was just a defective thermometer. :) Thanks for your support.

    nice job Albert! Glad everything worked out. FWIW, I have a clutch on day #62 only now with the first head emerging. I was beginning to feel your anguish. :)

    Tyvm fat! You're support was so important to me I just want you to know that. Best of luck with the upcoming hatchlings. You'll be fine. They'll come when they're ready. That was my lesson with this clutch.
