BTW, the purity of any L. Triangulum that can't be traced to WC founders could be called in to question. crossing was rampant in the bad old days, partly out of ignorance that these were distinct sub-species. Hey Lady, beautiful kingsnakes. Be cautious in purchasing from Reptiles by Mack! Although they have reasonable prices they are being investigated by PETA for various inhumane practices on their animals. Just be sure to inspect your shipped animals carefully and be prepared to do a 90 day quarantine at the least. Don't keep the new additions near your established collection for the duration of the quarantine. Good luck!

Thanks I read a bit as Im Feedind all my kids their weekly Dish you guessed it Rats and mice lol Now I feel like throwing up I shopped there not for price but they had what I was looking for and then there ad on this forum also helped choose my purchase. I have decided how to Handle this, I will have them shipped as planned when they arrive They will be going to my neighbors house for quarantine and I will visit them 2 times a day . I will be setting everything up tomorrow. After they have had 2 days of rest I will take to to the Vet. and then they will remain at my neighbors home for 3 months, this way I can change cloths and Shower before I do anything at my home. Thank God I have great neighbors they have no snakes they just have their Dog.

I hope everything works out for you, and they turn out to be healthy! I'm nervous every time I buy online - which is the only way to buy snakes here! I did look at a couple places in Reno, but was NOT impressed with the way they kept their snakes or the condition of the snakes, nor did they have anything I'd be interested in anyway. I always want to assume that the conditions they're kept in at the breeders are perfect, but there's just no way to know. So far I've been pretty lucky.. my one incident with clicking had cleared up before I could get the snakes to the vet (two days after hearing it for the first time!), and I think that may have just been shipping stress.

My Black Widow BP does that. He has his favorite hide, and he's not going to use the other just because his favorite is in the warm end and he wants to be in the cool end. Instead of moving to another hide, he moves the hide to the cool end, then moves it back when he wants to warm up again.

The bag was in the order were Ice was the vendor says it evaporated away and FedEx was suppose to deliver that last Friday so FedEx screwed up, I still have Faith in Big Cheese, for what is worth the rodents were a bloody mess . They are doing right by me that alone is worth alot to me personally. I have a tracking # ......

I am now headed to Eugene the 100 mile mouse run, My Boas needed those hoppers and my new Kings need this size, Im going to cover my bases and leave nothing to chance. The kings might need smaller size I have Some Fuzzy in the Freezer . I don't like feeding live to I will bonk them I need to look that up. Off to the Big City I go.

They took a drink of water and are making tunnels all over its their secret get away lol I am quite pleased with my Purchase. They will both still get the vet check up, I put my 12 volt to 110 converter in my car the tubs are each plugged in so they at least won't have the stress of another container they stay the same temperature and surroundings. Well Im going to go check on them again. The names are Slick
and Sassy.....

Its been a busy day, I took my Kings to the Vet at 4:30 the little babies did alright with the road trip . The Doctor was happy to tell me things look good no bugs in the fecal and no external Parasites, he sees no reason that they can, t be in my home in my quarantine room. The Blood test reports of course will be later and the Doctor will call, meanwhile he wants me to call and let him know they are eating. I'm so happy with the results and Saturday Night Slick and Sassy will be given their first meals with me. They were eating live pinkies so I will pick those up Saturday morning, but Im going to offer F/T first and if they eat them that will be awesome, if not Im prepared. I know have 6 of the Kings that are going to be a big part of my presentation to Grade School, Girl and Boy scouts etc on education of different Snakes.
