I love to cook, and I'm a pretty good cook, but I don't really photograph my food much. I do have a few pics from a couple of years back when I was baking cookies for a forum I used to belong to. I'll put those up.

    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...ps8cc3c2ca.jpg

These are called Monster cookies. You make them in a jelly kettle, and scoop them with an ice cream scoop.

I'm going to be doing some baking in the next few days, I'll try and remember to get some pictures.

It is! Recipe to follow, so grab your pencils kids! Super easy for week nights too.

    1# ground beef
    1 can Cheddar soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Bag of tator tots (you will use most of the bag)
Grated cheddar cheese (I like lots)
    Johnnys seasoning salt
    Garlic powder

Brown the ground beef, with garlic powder and Johnnys (NO Lawrys! :p) to taste. Then in a shallow casserole pan, or 9x11 or something along those lines, mix the hamburger, grated cheese, cheddar and mushrom soup. Smooth out the top and line with tator tots. Sprinkle a tad more Johnnys on top, then bake according to directions on the tator tot package. Noms!

So, we left a head of lettuce out for a few days (don't worry, our house is cold enough to qualify as a produce cooler), we turn it over this morning to find this.

Looks like it got bored and decided to get a little frisky.

I think Johnny's is a Washington (maybe pacific coast?) thing. I've been to a lot of the midwestern and southern states and I had never seen it until I came here, where it's practically a staple!
