I saw that other thread! Made me jump for joy that the animals were found - no worse for the ware.

I'm glad the snakes were found! I know the owners were very worried!

I'm glad that the owner was allowed to get his snakes back. Sometimes the police have to hold them for evidence.

OH MY GOSH I am so thrilled. :D Like.... I can't even tell you how happy this makes me. And at Hamburg, too, thank the gods that be that the guy tried to stay local with them-- who knows where they could have ended up! :D

Actually A/C does in police investigations, my guess given my experience with my local municipal shelter is they didn't want any part of dealing with a snake - cute, cuddly, and furry is their specialty. I am glad this story has a happy ending to it, now let's just hope the perps get thoroughly smacked by the justice system.

Hopefully we'll get to hear if any of those gravid females dropped, and that the Robinsons get their eggs back safely.

I know, I have a friend of mine who has held reptiles for animal control while they were going through the court system since animal control isn't really set up to care for reptiles. She got paid for it pretty well too. I'm just glad the owners got their snakes back instead of someone else.

This is heartbreaking, I dedicate my life to my snakes, and if someone did this to me i would just be broken
