Also finally tracked down alittle more info(not sure of the info 100% )but the mother was purchased out of a bin at hamburg as a import it was this guys first
ball python and he couldnt get it to eat that is why he sold it,he was told that it looked chocolate when he purchased it thats why he sold it as a chocolate.
he said it was $100 dollars when he bought it.
well i am not sure if anyone had a bin of imports at hamburg but i do love the hatchlings and will be holding them back to see what is going on with them.
if it turns out to be nothing atleast i got a mojave out of the deal and another breeder female.i think she would make nice yellowbellies so her next breeding might be put to a yellowbelly next time she breeds.
If anyone was selling imports at hamburg please contact me would love to find out as much about this female as possible.
thanks

This is an awesome thread. The look chocolatey to me but I don't own any so I am no expert. Looks like you still need another normal female :P

And yes they can still hatch. Females can make copies of themselves, lay eggs, and the eggs will hatch (all babies will be female). However that is definitely not the case because there is a mojo in the mix. I cannot think of what this is called, but it happened at least once this year so far on this site.

Ok, hear not here, sorry

Lucky you!

Most chocolates have doughnuts, brown circles with black circles inside, but the BHB strain doesn't seem to have to many of the doughnuts. From the picks I would say they are close to, if not the same, as the BHB strain of chocolates. I have a male chocolate from a different strain and a normal female with doughnuts that I plan to breed next season or late this season to see if I can get some magic like you. I'll try to post a pic of both so you can see what I mean by doughnut. But world of balls has a few pics of some awsome chocolate varieties.
chocolate first: http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/g...620_193347.jpg
Female second, her doughnut is right next to her second neck stripe: http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/g...620_193307.jpg
Wow those are some beautiful babies, and I can't believe how long they'll hold the sperm. crazy.
Sorry if auto correct messes up my message, because I have large thumbs.

I definitly see more then just mojo in the last one. If it turns out to be a chocolate type great, if not......it's something besides normal. Momma looks kind of suspect but those babies all tell the tale. Nice clutch.
