Top chillout album?
For me it would have to be Animals as Leaders selftitled CD or their album "weightless". I don't listen to many chillout type stuff.
Anything by the deftones is a good pick too.

When I want to chill out I listen to faster music oddly enough... Lately I have been favoring Five Finger Death Punch American Capitalist album on the lowest setting in my earphones, right before bed. Puts me right out haha.
