I have looked this thread over cover to cover and I am impressed and inspired by your progress and your beautiful Monitors. I am working with Dewy every day to try and get him to trust me. No handling, just offering food from the tongs and occasionally placing my closed fist on the cage floor. It has only been a week, but he no longer darts off when I walk up to the cage, but he still watches, poised to run.

how long did it take for them to get that big!? i got mine not too long ago and hes doubled in size in 2 months, sept 1 i measured him at 14'' on the dot and now sept. 12 he is 14 and 3 quarter inches.. WOW
