Anyone else have trouble with Big Apple pet Supply?

I've had issues with BA, which is why I don't order from them anymore. I now use LLL Reptile for supplies and Perfect Prey for feeders. But BA does tend to send bad stuff. I had a dead cricket INSIDE the packaging for a THERMOSTAT!!! Ridiculous.
