Raleigh Show May 1st

Im making a trade when i get there, 1.0 07 cinny and 0.1 09 VPI Axanthic Het for an 07 male possible super hypo possible jungle BCI. Not sure what all that means but he is one great looking boa. The link below shows him in all his glory.

Damn are they really worth that much? A breeder cinny is around 400 and the female normal het is worth around 150. Are they really worth 550?

Said he got it from Boa Master and that was the price tag

hmm.. So it looks like USark will be holding an auction at the end of sat? Anyway we can get a hint as to what that might be? Its a long drive for some of us. :D

The usark auction is various stuff. They go around to all the vendors and ask for donations. They will auction off everything from books to tanks to husbandry items to live animals. I normally donate an animal to be auctioned. It's a lot of fun, the auctionere is crazy. Just no kids, he is not censored!! :colbert:

A child I has, however he is small and still babbling, so censorship isnt a worry of mine as long as its not actually a rule to not bring youngins. If it is no worries, Ill just be sure to come by myself for the next one, lol.

Oh...it's not a rule, I have seen kids at the auctions, but Limey will not look around to see who is there before he starts talking. You can learn new curse words talking to him!! :oops: Super guy, British, but he drops the F-bomb about every 3rd word...lol... and that's in normal conversation. So he will be the first to tell warn you about the kids. If you read this Limey...I still love you!! :D

Limey is the auctioneer?! I'll have to check that out!

Bowser...You have not met Limey? He works all the shows, bald with a red go-T. He works Royal Reptilia. He has the WWLD shirts..."What Would Limey Do". One of those shirts is normally the first thing he auctions off. Doesn't do me and you any good cause he don't do big boy sizes...but I know where there is a Fat Boy's shirt that will fit you!! I didn't know they were a having that. I might be interested in some supplies.

Also Ill be there at the parking lot at 845 to get in by 9 am. Will be wearing a black ncsu shirt and prob some basketball shorts (ncsu of course haha). Im like 6'4" and shaggy hair. If you see me just introduce your self from the forum. (Im Mike).

How was the selection of BP's? How was the show over all?

Show not up to par imo. Not very many animal vendors, lots of supplies and other stuff. Not too many bps there, of course it is a little too early for 2010s to be on the market.

Hai, mostly Mojaves and some pastels.. Not much else. I did spot one dinker female I would have bought, but the seller noticed a possible infection on her right as we pulled her out. He was honest enough to point it out though it ment I couldnt buy her.

Mike, did you ever get up with Cold Blooded Novelties? If not, they are there. I don't know if he was there this morning when we were looking, but he is set up on the corner directly behind our table. His display is kind of small and blends in with the vendor next to him.

urghh, sorry, vyp, went up to the usaek table, and you had a few people talking to ya, and i forgot to come back, too, Mike after fatboy, told me you were there, i couldn't find ya, lol i spent more at flea-market than the expo, nice amount of supples, saw a sexy corn i wanted, but the gf, stricly remined me NO more room, also always great to meet fatboy, and i enjoyed my suprise. already planning the June 5th one

also did anyone see that clown, yea i was in mens room, and he was talking to me or his ummm, yea, either way its weird, was he hired by fairgrounds or was he a snake person,,

I thought the auction was fun. It was mostly the vendors who showed up. I gotta say, that is definitely the way to get some deals on some of the stuff people donated. I was bidding on a nice looking 3 yr old Hogg Island Boa, until the donator said he would only eat live. The one that amazed me was a donated hypo jungle boa with a couple of possible hets, valued at $800 got snatched up for $180. I wish I had hit up the ATM before going over there because I only had $150 cash on me. I'm not sure what the total collected was. I'll have to check tomorrow...

I'm guessing Limey behaved. I mean, at the end, he hadn't been arrested...yet...:rofl:

Also the ppl I was with (girl with me NOT my gf btw haha)
She got a Nic Boa, then kids in the Herp club got a blood python and 2 king snakes. Also I think they got a Tegu that was in the bin. It was skinny and sicky looking so the guy said he would give it to one of the girls for free.

They had a dinker adult female that ended up having a small lump so she wasnt for sale. I dont remember who I spoke to, Im really bad with details like that. I only had eyes for the BP. lol.
