What is your favorite morph of BP?

Pieds, and any combo with them. Oh, and Caloico's/sugars.

Definity the Enchi x Desert or Tiger ball python.

I really dig Super Pastels, Albinos, and plain ole normals. Im not a big fan of spiders, pin stripes, ect ect.

Markus Jayne's Lightning Pied (axanthic pied) is really sweet.

Killer bees and Killer blasts (killer spinners) are my faves I think, though.

As a science student, I am fascinated and amazed by the genetic magic that has been worked with ball pythons. I do think there are some stunning morphs out there (though I really don't like solid or semi-solid morphs, i.e. super cinnies, pieds, leucies, ivories, etc.), my favorites probably being butters and/or clowns.

HOWEVER, that said, I would take one of those gorgeous wild-types any day over ANY morph.

The thing about normals is that you could easily imagine stumbling across one in Africa. The whole reason why I'm so in love with snakes is because of their mysterious, wild side. I just can't see that in morphs. They're cool, but a super pastel just isn't the type of thing you're going to pull out of the wild! They seem--and are, to a certain extent--somewhat man-made and not entirely authentic. But that's probably just me. And again, I really do admire all of the amazing morphs!

But seriously? You ain't gonna find a snake prettier than these gals!

I completely agree. Normals are the best. I like Pastels also but Normals are my favorite. I would love to have an albino one day, but normals are just too sweet to pick any morph over them as the coolest. The price of a snake means nothing to me, and I think way too many people get caught up in that.

That really is a great looking snake and I know why its your favorite. i couldnt help it and say ii but if the spider gene was in there to make the belly of that snake look like popcorn it would be that much more amazing

I voted pied but thats not the whole truth. It is only part of it. I am breeding for a pied/pastel/spider/red axanthic. Then again a normal or albino or well any of them.... So I guess my true favorite would be the one I am looking at at that moment.

I saw a pic of a snow not very long ago...they look amazing!! like they are not even real! There are a lot of really beautiful BPs out there but the Snow takes it to another level....the only thing ugly is the price:confused::cool:

There's too many to love. But a few faves are clowns, pieds, pastels, spiders, mojos, butters, lessers, cinnies, and all combos made with those genes.

Wow. I'm surprised more people didn't choose albino! It is my absolute fave, ever since i laid eyes on one about 10-12 yrs ago, when they were goin' for like.....$5,000 :O. I have pined for one since then!! I have one now,whom I absolutely adore, and am hoping to produce more this season (bred het albino to het albino). A very close second has to be between the hypo super pastel and BEL. Regardless, I still have a special spot on the top of my list for albinos. I don't think price really should have any bearing on a "fave", but rather the appeal of the animal all by itself.

Fire X Pastel = Firefly thats my goal. I'm setting up the breedings next season

Yep they call it lightning pied. Not a fan of axanthics but its pretty cool. IMO the name doesnt match in the least. lightning pied should have been left for the lemon/superblast pied, much better suited. They should have named it the yin yang pied. And no one try and take yin yang as a name thats mine for a future morph I deem worthy :rolleyes:

Has a caramel pied ever been produced? If so ive been thinking about what it would look like for the past week and would love to see a pic. I would say albino, pastel, and normal lol the crazy colors are awesome but I guess I'm plain Jane and like the original.

The purple passion is phantom x mojave or you could do super mojave x super phantom for a full clutch of purple passions.

The mystic potions is mystic x mojave or you could do super mojave x super mystic for a full clutch of mystic potions.

Either way, both combinations look very similar, it is just whether you use a mystic or phantom to make it.
