When I say pump... I mean down it's throat. Not through its cord... Just to clarify..

Of course the other option is to find a herp vet if you don't feel comfortable with it.

This is what I would do. I have had to do it twice this year, and had great success with this. However, it is paramount to get a meal in them within 10 days, and continue to assist feed until they eat on their own. I wish you the best of luck Heather. I would hate to see you lose that beautiful baby.

I would give it a little time to see if it absorbs any of the yolk itself. It is possible that it may still be able to absorb some of that yolk even though it is knotted. If nothing looked different by the end of the day I would probably tie it off and snip it.

I needed some extra coaching, but here is the end result.

Of course this has to happen while I am going off to vacation... Of course. But I will have updates every day from the Joel, and I will be back on Sunday.

I would have, but I am leaving in a few hours to go on vacation. This was do or die...

    Of course...

I swear, I'm going to have a heart attack after this.

Grew a whole mess of grey hairs...

Note to everyone: Snakes do this on PURPOSE...

Good luck with him. He looks to have pretty good size to him so hopefully he has enough yolk absorbed to make it until the fist meal.
