Re: someone please help!(whoever knows how to build a rack)
wow man that is perfect and exactly what i need! so all i need is:

    12 18x38 peices of melamine

    2 18x72 peices for sides

1 39.5x72 peice of pegboard for back

and what size screws do i need?

so all i do is screw in the sides to the bottom shelf, and then insert and screw in the shelves, then screw in the pegboard in the back?

and one thing i forgot to ask is how far apart do the shelves need to be? should i just get the tub and just screw it to where it needs to fit?

first screw one shelf to the sides then lay a 41qt tub down and then lay the next shelf on top of the tub. And you will get your spacing you need. Be sure put spacers on the tub or itll be hard to slide out. thats what those felt things are for in the picture i posted.it helps keep it sliding in and out smoothly.

the screws i used are 1-5/8"

when using those type of heat pads in racks your gonna run int to he problem of tubs being harder to slide out as those pads are thicker than flexwatt.

its also cost way more. flexwatt goes for 2.59 a foot and you only need a foot or 2 per tub so $5 per tub and zoo med heat pads are llike $20 each and you need one for each tub.
