How does this licensing thing work anyway? Is there a charge to buy the license? Is it a regular hunting license? Do you need to have a certain number in your party? Are there certain rules that you have to follow? Can out of state people get a license? Do you have to hire a guide?

I've been thinking about setting something up but don't know all the details. I think it would be lots of fun and I could say I helped a little.

As far as regulations go, I've heard no guns allowed and the appropriate way to dispatch the creature is to cut off the head.. But I've only seen knives around, no axes. Katana hunting anyone?? lol..

Please fill us in on the regulations, I'm curious as well.

Hopefully you'll be tempted enough to "accidentally" drive over them...

It's not about it being humane, it's about keeping firearms out of the everglades I believe..

That sucks. Well the no firearms part, i'm licensed to carry so I carry my gun just about everywheres. Though I don't think I would go burm hunting, I hate mosquitos.
