    I just clean and put in a thick layer of newspaper and give them fresh water before I leave for a week or more. I do have the guys that work in the rodent barn check and make sure nothing is disturbed or in need or attention, but that is only something bad, they don't do minor things.

    I travel quite often. All I do is clean their tanks and add an extra bowl of water to each...

    Thanks for the input. I have some one to check on temps so I'm safe there but shes not comfortable taking the snakes out to clean the tubs.

    I have no problem leaving my other snakes that are in bigger tubs - its just that my little bee really knows how to make a mess in his little tub...

    I think putting some aspen in while im gone will suffice....
