I ran distance in 8th grade track. Track in general makes endurance go WAY UP. i deffinatley noticed. Now ive been a lazy :colbert: for three years. (running wise, i still worked out) I cant remember but I think my best mile was in 8th grade at like 5:40 something. Im sure ive done like 6:15 but i think that was 7th grade....
I like it more then sprinting since its alot easier to get endurance up then to be naturally fast.
