    The reason why your snake may be going around the cage is because she's looking for food. You could feed her a size larger in mice, but if it's too big you should feed her maybe 2-3 fuzzies. Always feed the snake a mouse/rat about the same size as the middle part of the snake's body.

    I have this problem with mine too. From what I have experienced, it is all tied in with hunger. I feed him, and if the meal is relatively small he will be out and about in a matter of hours looking for more, so I started to feed him multiple mice at a time. Now, if you have trouble finding the right sized food, like I do where I live, I suggest getting a male and female rat and breeding them. My rat's first litter was just born last night.

    Cover the back and sides of the tank, since they don't like wide, open spaces. That could be contributing to its behavior.
