As much as we have to pay doctors, they shouldnt make these kind of mistakes, I hope everything goes well.

Sorry to hear about your cousin :( Your cousin and your family will be in my prayers :please: Tomorrow marks the one year anniversary of my wifes child hood friends death from a gall bladder removal mistake. Her surgeon didnt even admit fault until like 6 months after her death. The surgeon severed the artry that feeds your liver and attached directly to her small bowel  So she was bleeding out. She kept going back to the hospital and they KEPT telling her it was an ulcer and giving her medicine for that. 2 months later she went back to the hospital in critical condition and they had to do surgery to figure out what was wrong. They then figured it out but it was too late, too much damage had been done. She ended up needing 3 liver transplants and ultimately after 3 years in critical condition lost her life. The surgeon WAS NOT supposed to perform the surgeory by himself but did it anyway  She lost her life at 24 yrs old and left behind 3 young children 2, 3 and 4yrs old from what you would think should have been a easy gall bladder removal surgeory. Again, sorry about your cousin :(

I heard about it on the same radio show. I am praying for him. I did not realize he was still under though. I hope the Doctors in this case get what they deserve. Being military myself I have seen this kind of thing happen before. My friend went to get his gal bladder removed and they litterally chopped his liver to pieces. I have also had my share of bad runins with military doctors. I hope that he and your family can get something done about this.
