    the second one was a little more difficult to decide. For the large constrictors i think you should have to get a permit. That will deter the wrong people from getting a snake that they dont know how to take care of or will release into the wild when it gets too large

    Unfortunately, FL already has a permit system in place for burms. The people who owned the burm that killed the toddler did not have a permit and owned the snake illegally.

    I agree though, now reviewing the second poll a bit more carefully, it's not so cut and dry as the first.

    the 2nd asks if it should be made harder,,so the answer is no,as there is no way to make ti harder int he state,without a complete ban on large constrictors,now if there was no permit,then making it harder would be an option
