Ok not really..
I like to fish or to just take a ride.
Re: When it rains, it pours...
Meditation, it has kept me from loosing my mind from all the pressure after starting my own business.
I cannot tell you how much it helps relieve stress, I used to be a walking stress case. What happens inside your head is alot more important than what happens outside;)

Same here minus the husband and substitute chocolate for some didgeridoo playing.
Re: When it rains, it pours...
Friends, Food and Music is what I turn to when I'm feeling down.
Re: When it rains, it pours...
I hope everything is ok, that said I turn to my wife and kids. I will take my kids to the zoo or movie or something and rember that nothing can be so bad in life as long as I have those little buggers running around.
Re: When it rains, it pours...
I vote for a Harley ride.:D Hope all is well or headed in that direction.:please:
Re: When it rains, it pours...
When I used to have days like that, I would clean obsessively or take my Harley out and ride like the wind.
Re: When it rains, it pours...
What ya got to do is take a hot steaming shower. Once your bathroom is as steamy as it can get...you fart (don't scoff...everyone here has done it!). And you will realize there is nothing worse in life than farting during a hot steamy shower. It is torture, and you find out how fast you can really shower. :)
No seriously. Everyone is entitled to having crummy/down days/weeks once in a while. Everyone here has had a bad day or a bad week. You just have to roll with the punches and realize things could be worse. Heck, I am thrilled June is over where I diagnosed with Lymes Disease, my car got backed into and declared totaled in a parking lot, and one of the companies I intern for has not received the workload as expected essentially making my position non-existent (thank you economy). But...the sun will rise tomorrow and I am the author of my own future. And I know I will have a lot of great days in the future, and few crummy ones. It's life right?
As for what I do on these crummy days? Well...I like to venture to the liquor store and try a new micrbrew, watch one of my favorite dvd's, and look forward to tomorrow. :)

Hey girl...
I'm all about the food, drink, & cleaning! If it's REALLY bad, I get out the love-sack, and a tear jerker movie... I always feel better after a long weepy movie...
Hope it all works out for you my friend!
