Does anyone feed F/Thawed Gerbils

Or, given how good a snakes sense of smell is, simply rub a frozen gerbil all over the head of the rat just before offering it?

Oo! Gerbils are a good idea. Too bad I don't have any fussy eaters anymore. :P

I have a gerbil named Frankie and when my snake does not eat i get the mice/rat and rub it on him!
