That's exactly what I was getting at! You can't expect to sell something the instant you put it up for sale. If it does, chances are your price was too low to begin with. It's not like snakes have an expiration date that you HAVE to sell by.
Re: are my prices too high?
Many people have invested a lot of money in their collections and pretty much killed it themselves being impatient and cutting each others throats on pricing to make a quick sale. Be patient if you can't get a fair price quick enough think about making a fair trade or just hang tight it will sell.
Re: are my prices too high?
I think right now a lot of buyers are waiting to see what hatches and where prices go once most everything has hatched for this year.
Also, I think what everyone else said about being patient is good advice. For one thing, as long as you keep running the ad, you are building your name recognition. That's a good thing! Also, when I browse some of the websites of some of the members here I really respect, most of them still have some leftover '08s available. So I don't think there is anything wrong with having some snakes that don't sell right away.
If you are really concerned, I'd look for more ways to get more people looking at my ad(s), such as finding other sites where you can advertise, rather than lowering the prices so soon.
