I have a vague memory of someone with a similar situation. Please do NOT do this just on my word, because I could very easily be misremembering. I'm posting it mostly to hope to trigger someone else's memory that might know more, or even just trigger more discussion.
If I recall correctly, they took some or maybe all of the goo out of the eggs, and refilled them with water (which I would assume you would want up to incubator temp before you did this). That way there was nothing rotting anymore, and the babies still got to come out in their own time.
One concern I would have with this is the possibility of over-hydrating the baby or the yolk if it has not been fully absorbed.
So does anybody else remember something like this?

I've had to do this a time or two.
Push as much of the fluid out as You can...You may not need to add any water though...Sounds like they should be crawling out soon!
