I used my XL02 economy incubator last season with substrate-less egg boxes, and had 100% hatch rate with 6 clutches, except for a boob egg that went bad at about 6 weeks. The humidity is maintained in the egg boxes, not in the incubator itself, and with the Herpstat controlling the temperatures I only had a ±0.1° fluctuation. Even when I went on vacation for a week, I came back and checked the min and max temperatures and they were both within 0.1° of the set temperature. I like to over do it with the heat, and with a Herpstat controlling it, it's nearly impossible to mess it up.

One customer said the same thing.

I have had it running since saturday. The high is 88.2 and the low is 88.1.Hard to get any more accurate than that! I love it. [...] Like I said a few e-mails ago, I will be doing business with you again. If there is anything I can do for you ,let me know. I have told some other new breeders about your incubators.

Which would be the appropriate size of Economy Incubator for a single clutch of dwarf retic eggs?
