Probably not. Most parasites are pretty specific as to what species they can infect. However, some go through a lifecycle where one stage is in one species and another stage is in another species. An example of this is heartworms in dogs, which go through a stage where they live in mosquitoes, which is how they get transmitted from one dog to another.
